Brief introduction
ACF-1WLB integrated intelligent verabar flow meter is simple structure, no moving parts, stable and reliable in long-term use, high precision. High standardization degree, good linear, does not need solid flow calibration. It can measure all fluids flow rate in the pipe directly. Because of the characteristics of simple installation, small pressure loss, high strength, no affected by wear, without leakage, it has been an ideal alternative product of orifice flow meter. Verabar can be widely used in blast furnace, compressed air, steam and gas flow measurement of industrial and mining enterprises.
Measure theory:
When full of pipeline fluid flows through the probe, a high pressure distribution area is generated in front, the pressure is slightly higher than static pressure in pipe. According to the principle of Bernoulli equation, the fluid speeds up when it flows through the probe, there will be a low pressure distribution area generated at the back, the pressure is slightly lower than static pressure in pipe. There will be a part of vacuum at the back of probe when fluid flows through probe, and will appear vortex on both sides of the probe. The cross-section shape of average flow probe, the condition of surface roughness and low pressure hole location are the key factors of probe performance. The stability and accuracy is crucial to the precision and performance of average probe. Flow probe can accurately detect the average differential pressure produced by average speed. There are several pairs of holes to take pressure in high and low pressure area of the probe, which makes it possible to accurately measure the average flow rate.
